✅ Agreement & Acceptance

By using the website and its services, users agree to abide by all terms established by the Owner (AH FLOURISH TECHS, SEBI Reg. No. INH000024356), which are binding for all clients and visitors.

1. Eligibility & Service Coverage

  • Clients must be at least 18 years old.
  • Services are limited to financial offerings, focusing mainly on stock market research and recommendations.
  • Clients agree to provide accurate information during registration and maintain confidentiality of login details.

2. Research Service Terms

We are committed to providing reliable research reports. Each report is thoroughly reviewed by a Research Analyst before distribution.

  • Investment Horizon: Unless otherwise stated, recommendations are intended for a 12-month horizon.
  • Ratings: Based on absolute returns (positive or negative). Security prices may fluctuate due to volatility.
  • Revisions: We reserve the right to revise or withdraw ratings without notice due to market changes.
  • No Refund of Losses: There is absolutely no scope for refunding losses incurred from acting on any research report.
  • No Advisory/PMS: We do NOT offer Investment Advisory or Portfolio Management Services (PMS). We strictly adhere to SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014.
  • Independent Opinions: Views reflect the honest and independent opinions of the analyst based on technical and fundamental analysis.

Daily closing charts of securities are available at NSE Charting and BSE Charting.

3. Payment & Refunds

  • Fees: Clients agree to pay specified fees. Maximum annual fee is ₹1,51,000 + GST.
  • Refunds: Available on a pro-rata basis for unused services. Services already utilized are non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Business: Fees collected for third-party products (educational/consultancy) are separate from research services.

4. Risk Disclaimer & No Profit Guarantee

  • No Guarantees: Research and recommendations do not guarantee profits. Financial markets involve inherent risks.
  • Client Responsibility: Clients are solely responsible for their investment decisions. We are not liable for market outcomes.
  • "As Is" Basis: Services are offered without implied warranties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and IP are owned by AH FLOURISH TECHS. Redistribution or reproduction without explicit consent is prohibited.

6. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify the Owner against losses or legal claims arising from misuse of the website or violation of these terms.

7. SEBI Investor Safety Guidelines

SEBI advises investors to exercise extreme caution:

  1. Verify Registration: Check entity registration at SEBI Intermediaries.
  2. Authentic Apps: Transact only through official trading apps of SEBI-registered intermediaries.
  3. Secure Payments: Use “Validated UPI Handles” (@valid) and check details via SEBI Check.
