1. Definitions & Acceptance

• Owner/We/Us: Refers to AH FLOURISH TECHS, the SEBI-registered Research Analyst entity.
• User/Client/You: Any individual or entity subscribing to our research services.
• Assent: Access to services is granted only upon acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you should not avail of the services and may seek a refund immediately if applicable.

2. Client Information & KYC

Clients must provide complete and accurate personal and financial details as per SEBI regulations.

• KYC Mandatory: Standard KYC details and supporting documentation must be submitted and will be verified with KRA.
• Digital KYC: We use digital KYC processes including video verification and Aadhaar authentication.
• Updates: Any changes in residency, tax status, or political exposure must be updated within 30 days.

3. Risk Factors & Warnings

"Investment in securities market are subject to market risks. Read all the related documents carefully before investing."

• Market Risk: Market conditions can cause partial or total loss of invested capital.
• No Guarantees: Registration granted by SEBI and certification from NISM in no way guarantee performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.
• Past Performance: Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Open Positions: Holding positions without stop-loss can lead to significant losses. Exit if a 20% loss threshold is reached.
• F&O Risk: Futures & Options involve high risk and are suitable only for investors with appropriate risk appetite.
• AI/Algo Tools: We occasionally use AI and Algo tools for analysis; risks include system failures and data bias.

4. Fees & Payment Terms

• Payment Modes: Pay ONLY via our official website, direct bank transfer to the firm's account, or CeFCoM (Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism).
• Prohibitions: Cash payments are strictly prohibited. Never pay to personal UPI IDs.
• Refunds: In case of premature termination, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unexpired service period.

• No Conflict: We declare no conflict of interest or financial interest in subject companies that influences our reports.
• No Executions: We DO NOT execute trades on behalf of clients. Clients are strictly advised not to permit us to do so.
• Model Portfolios: Recommended portfolios are for informational purposes only (Model Portfolio).
• Segregation: Clients cannot receive both research and distribution services from the same group.

6. Regulatory Compliance & FATCA

By consenting, you declare:

We perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) as per SEBI guidelines, including identification of beneficial owners and ongoing monitoring.

I/We have read and understood the SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014, and the terms detailed above. I/We understand that investments are subject to market risks and that the Research Analyst does not guarantee any returns.
